1. Privacy Policy
Plus Sports informs users of its website about its policy regarding the processing and protection of personal data of users and clients that may be collected through browsing or contracting services via the website. In this regard, Plus Sports guarantees compliance with current regulations on personal data protection, as established in Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data, and in Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21, which approves the Development Regulations of the LOPD. Use of this website implies acceptance of this privacy policy. 2. Collection, Purpose, and Processing of Data
Plus Sports has the duty to inform users of its website about the collection of personal data that may take place, either through sending emails or by completing forms included on the website. In this regard, Plus Sports shall be considered the data controller for the data collected through the means described above.
Plus Sports also informs users that the purpose of processing the collected data includes: responding to user requests, inclusion in the contact database, provision of services, and management of the commercial relationship.
Operations, procedures, and technical processes, whether automated or not, that allow the collection, storage, modification, transfer, and other actions regarding personal data are considered personal data processing. All personal data collected through the Plus Sports website, and thus considered personal data processing, will be incorporated into the files declared to the Spanish Data Protection Agency by Plus Sports.
3. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties
Plus Sports informs users that their personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, except when such disclosure is required by law or when providing a service requires a contractual relationship with a data processor. In the latter case, data will only be shared with a third party when Plus Sports has obtained the explicit consent of the user. 4. Users’ Rights
Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on Personal Data Protection grants individuals the ability to exercise a series of rights related to the processing of their personal data. As long as the user’s data is processed by Plus Sports, users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition in accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations.
To exercise these rights, users must send a written request, providing documentation proving their identity (ID card or passport), to the following address: Plus Sports, Calle Escultor García mas 7-7 46015 Valencia, or to the address registered in the General Data Protection Register. The request must include the following information: user’s full name, description of the request, address, and supporting documentation.
The exercise of these rights must be carried out by the user themselves. However, they may be executed by an authorized person as the legal representative of the user. In such cases, documentation proving this representation must be provided.
